Business value

Make your next website decision
with a clearer reason.

The result is a decision document: what is getting in the way, why it matters and what deserves attention first.

01 / Better buying journeys

See where a potential customer has to work too hard.

Unclear offers, missing product information and awkward enquiry steps can leave buyers with unanswered questions. The review identifies observable friction and suggests a more direct route.

02 / Better use of budget

Separate useful changes from an expensive wish list.

A prioritised plan helps you decide what can be improved now, what needs development and what can wait. Each recommendation is connected to a business purpose and an indicative effort level.

03 / Clearer team decisions

Give everyone the same starting point.

Annotated evidence and plain-language actions help an owner, marketer and developer discuss the same issue. You can use the report with your current team or ask airb to scope implementation.

What you receive

Evidence.
Priorities. A practical plan.

A report your team can use

  • Scope record: pages, customer journey, devices/viewports and observations included in the review.
  • Annotated screenshots: the exact page elements behind the important findings.
  • Up to 10 prioritised findings: each with evidence, the business consequence and a recommended action.
  • Impact and effort assessment: qualitative priorities, dependencies and who should own each action.
  • A suggested 30-day sequence: what to address first and what to measure afterwards.

A clear handover

  • A PDF report in one agreed language: Hungarian or English.
  • A recorded walkthrough of approximately 15 minutes explaining the main decisions.
  • A short list of strengths worth preserving, alongside the changes.
  • One consolidated written clarification round requested within seven days.
  • A separate implementation scope if you want airb to carry out selected improvements.

The review is useful on its own. You can implement the recommendations with airb, your existing supplier or your own team.

What we look at

The route from
first impression to enquiry.

Offer & evidence

Can a buyer understand and trust the offer?

We look at audience fit, service/product explanations, evidence, meaningful first steps and whether important buying questions are answered.

Use & action

Can visitors find their way and take the next step?

We inspect navigation, readability, mobile layouts, contact visibility and the public steps leading to an enquiry or purchase.

Discovery & delivery

Are the public foundations supporting the pages?

We check basic search signals such as titles, descriptions, headings, canonical URLs and crawl files, alongside visible loading and layout issues.

Inside the report

A finding should lead
to a business decision.

Illustrative example for a fictional equipment supplier. These findings demonstrate the format; they are not an audit of a real business or measured sales results.

Enquiry journey review

Illustrative findings
Open each item for details
01Product enquiries lose the item reference.

Observation & business consequence

The product page leads to a generic contact form with no product reference. The buyer has to describe the item again, and the sales team may need another exchange to identify it.

Priority: highEffort: small–medium

Recommended action & verification

Carry the product code into the enquiry, make the requested next step explicit and show confirmation. Check whether requests arrive with enough information for a useful first reply.

02The headline does not explain what the business sells.

Observation & business consequence

A broad slogan appears before any explanation of the equipment or intended customer. A first-time visitor must explore further to determine whether the supplier is relevant.

Priority: highEffort: small

Recommended action & verification

Add a clear offer and audience description beside the existing brand message. Ask a few representative buyers to explain the offer after a short read, and record what remains unclear.

03Large product images shift the layout while loading.

Observation & business consequence

Images have no reserved space and load at a larger size than the page needs. Buttons move during loading, making product checking more awkward on a narrow screen.

Priority: mediumEffort: medium

Recommended action & verification

Serve appropriately sized images, reserve dimensions and defer images below the first view. Compare mobile loading and layout behaviour before and after the change.

What we need

A website.
A business goal. A real question.

  • One public website and up to five pages you want reviewed, or permission for us to propose the page selection.
  • The audience and the action you want visitors to take.
  • The products or services most important to the business.
  • Known constraints, such as an existing platform or a limited development budget.
  • Any specific questions you want the review to help answer.
How it works

A defined review.
A useful next step.

01 / Define

Choose the business goal.

Confirm the website, up to five pages, intended audience and the main action visitors should take.

02 / Review

Follow the customer journey.

We inspect the agreed public pages on desktop and a narrow screen, collect evidence and assess the relevant discovery basics.

03 / Explain

Receive a prioritised plan.

The proposed first-delivery target is five working days after complete inputs. Your report and recording explain what matters and why.

04 / Decide

Choose what to improve.

Send one combined clarification list within seven days. Then take the plan to your team or request a separate implementation proposal.

Package boundaries

Focused enough
to act on.

Included in the public-page review

One business goal, one website, up to five public pages and one report in the agreed language. The package focuses on visible customer journeys and basic technical discovery signals.

It is a good starting point when the website is live, but the team needs a clearer order for its next improvements.

Separate scopes

Implementing fixes, reviewing source code or private admin areas, security testing, full accessibility audits, extensive keyword research and analytics installation are separate engagements.

Tests that submit enquiries, create accounts or make purchases are not part of this public review. Additional websites, language versions or a larger page set are agreed before extending the scope.

Before you order

A few useful answers.

How is this different from an automated SEO report?

Tools can identify technical symptoms. This package connects selected observations to your offer, customer journey and next business decisions. The result is a prioritised interpretation, rather than an unexplained list of scores.

Can my existing developer use the report?

Yes. Recommendations include the observed issue, its context, a proposed action and what to verify afterwards. You choose who implements them.

Will you fix the problems as part of the review?

No implementation is included in the review price. You receive a useful standalone plan and can ask for a separate quote for selected changes.

Do you need passwords or access to our customer data?

No. The standard package reviews public pages. Any later work requiring private access is agreed separately.

What if you find fewer than 10 important issues?

The report includes material findings and strengths worth preserving. The package covers up to ten findings; a well-functioning site may need fewer changes.

Is this suitable for an old Drupal website?

It can review the public buying journey. If the question is specifically about upgrades, module compatibility or maintenance, the Drupal website review is the more appropriate starting point.
