team
A focused group of independent freelancers, brought together by the work. We stay close to the full problem, work directly with clients, and carry projects from first brief to final delivery.
Csaba Bozzay
I'm an economist by training, and I lead the technical work at airb. I handle client communication, write specifications, support development, and make sure testing and documentation are part of the job from the start. If you need one person to keep things clear and moving, that's usually me.
Luca Mohácsi
I work across brand, graphics, and digital design, and I also paint. I like clear ideas, strong visuals, and deadlines that stay real. Stepping outside the comfort zone is usually where the better work starts.
András Demszky
I started in mathematics and moved into software because I liked solving real problems faster. React is where I feel most at home, but I work across the full stack and spend a lot of time with AI tools as well. I like complex systems, but I prefer explaining them simply.
Béla Becker
I got into Linux early and never really left it behind. I take care of servers, deployments, monitoring, and security, and I like systems that are stable, well documented, and easy to trust. If everything feels calm in the background, that's usually a good sign.
Small enough to move fast. Experienced enough to know when not to.
Direct
One contact per project. No account managers between you and the people doing the work. Feedback goes in, decisions come back out.
Honest scope
We say what a project actually needs, not what sounds good in a proposal. If something is out of scope or needs more time, we say so before it becomes a problem.
Long-term thinking
Most of our work comes from returning clients. We build things to last and to be handed over clearly — to a bigger team, a new hire, or a future version of the studio.
